Apetdola is committed to the design and manufacture of original, high-quality products for your pet. As part of our commitment, every Apetdola product is backed by a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.
If you don't absolutely love your new Apetdola items, send them back within 30 days for a refund.
  1. Submit a return request.
  2. The return address will be sent to you via email.
  3. Returns are processed within 5 business days of being received by Apetdola. An email will be sent when your return is processed.
2.Note on Return Items
  • All sale items are final sale.
  • All items must be returned in the original Apetdola packaging.
  • If an item in your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact the Customer Service Department and they will assist you with replacing or crediting the damaged items.
  • If an order is refused or not picked up by the customer and is returned to Apetdola by the carrier, only the actual payment for the product will be refunded after deducting the return shipping cost, and the paid shipping fee will not be refunded.
  • Order cannot be canceled once order is confirmed and placed. Customers who wish to cancel their order will need to follow the return policy.
